When was CRUMB founded?
We have been making deliciously chunky, handcrafted cookies… And absolutely nothing else since 2023.
Where is your bakery located?
All our cookies are handcrafted and baked fresh everyday in our micro-bakery based in Milton Keynes.
Are you members of NCASS?
Yes, we are members of The Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS).

What ingredients do you use in your cookies?
The very best… Like Marriages Finest Flour, Callebaut Belgium Chocolate, President Butter and St Ewe eggs.
How big are your cookies?
Our cookies are big & chunky…. They weigh170g. To put this into perspective a subway cookie weighs 45g.

What allergens do your cookies contain?

Do your cookies contain nuts?
The vast majority of our cookies do not contain nuts. However our cookies are made in a bakery that handles nuts, including peanuts.
Do you offer gluten free cookies?
No, we currently do not offer gluten free cookies.
Are your cookies suitable for vegetarians?
The vast majority of our cookies are. Please find a full ingredient list for each cookies in the “ingredients” tab on the product page.
Ordering.
How do I place an order?
Simply click on any of the “Order Now” buttons and you will be re-directed to our ordering platform.
What box sizes are your cookies available in?
You can purchase our cookies in boxes/multiples of 4.
Do you offer wedding / corporate cookies?
Yes!! Drop us an email or give us a call. We’d love to hear and discuss your requirements.
How long do your cookies keep and what's the best way to store them?
Our cookies will keep for 3 days in an airtight container or can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Can I add a gift note to my box?
Yes, gift notes can be added to your box of cookies. Select the note you would like to add and in the notes section of the checkout page, add the message you would like us to add.
Delivery.
What courier service do you use?
We currently deliver our own cookies. This ensures our cookies get to you fresh and in the best possible condition.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We currently charge £2 for delivery.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we deliver our cookies on Thursday, Friday & Saturday across Milton Keynes.
Can you choose a delivery date?
Yes, we deliver on a Thursday, Friday & Saturday across Milton Keynes, with AM & PM slots available.

Do you deliver nationwide?
No, we don’t currently deliver nationwide, but this is something we are looking in to.
I missed my delivery, what do I do?
If you are not in during your selected delivery slot, we will be in contact and do our best to arrange a re-delivery.
